                                                                                Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-site technical support, hardware installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems and equipment. You’ll work directly with clients to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, network devices, and other IT equipment

Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting support

Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and service-level agreements

Maintain accurate records of services performed

Ensure compliance with company and client safety standards.

Depending on the clients need and your expertise in IT, we will provide the solution

Travel to job site

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in field tech or IT support

Strong foundation knowledge of  IT, Networking, Data migration, cloud computing, LAN/ WAN 

Excellent problem-solving and communication skill

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred (but not required):

CompTIA A+ / Network+ or similar certifications

Experience with POS systems, surveillance, or low-voltage cabling
